Finished my first week in quarantine.
Some updates:
- My brother is progressing in Tagalog, despite my limited knowledge in the language. He knows how to say ' Pagod na ako '... We will continue to work on it
- I was able to finish the 'Other Side of Heaven 2' movie
It is humbling to be here at home. I think with all of this, Heavenly Father is secretly testing my faithfulness, obedience, and endurance in following him. As beautifully spoken in the book of Alma (as taught by Alma) in Chapter 32: 30 "But behold, as the seed swelleth, and sprouteth, and beginneth to grow, then you must needs say that the seed is good; for behold it swelleth, and sprouteth, and beginneth to grow. And now, behold, will not this strengthen your faith? Yea, it will strengthen your faith: for ye will say I know that this is a good seed; for behold it sprouteth and beginneth to grow."
Everything I have been taught so far in the 3 months I have been called, is a good seed, and I need to continue to strengthen my faith (seed) in him. I don't I know, I just think Heavenly Father is just trying to give me a wake-up call, haha. But I am grateful to him forever because of it.
